This course intends to address apprenticeship challenges through innovative apprenticeship training methods. By leveraging industry-related data and resources about equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and wellness, this course will demonstrate the necessity of developing soft skills or Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills for the recruitment, retention, and advancement of current and future trades labour force participants.
