ABOUT WOS
“Women on Site was born out of a genuine need for connection and support within the building industries. Founded by four women who experienced isolation in their careers, WOS emerged organically from an Instagram community.
Recognizing the industry’s challenges in retaining women and facing a labour shortage, WOS is committed to fostering a sense of community and connection to encourage women to stay and thrive in their male dominated careers. Women on Site aims to be a beacon of support and community for women and gender diverse individuals in the building industries”
