    How did you land your sponsor and RTA (Registered Trade Agreement).
    What advice, tips and tricks worked for you?
    💜mine was offered in my place of employment so I didn’t have to hustle much to get it. My Daughter did co-op in high school and impressed her employer by working hard and being intentional to learn and ask questions. Then she ASKED will you sign me as an apprentice.
    I say this as advice for others. Don’t wait for it to fall in your lap or have it offered to you.
