Get on LinkedIn and start interacting individuals and companies in the trades you are interested in.
Get connected to regional organizations who support skilled trades, this will facilitate advanced notice of events in you region with initiatives to promote skilled trades opportunities. Attend and connect in person with as many people as possible.
Connect with networking groups like “Women on Site”.
