    My name is Delaney Krieger, I am a Red Seal Endorsed Interior Systems Mechanic. I was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario and now live in Calgary, Alberta with my 2 cats Spaghetti and Meatball. I currently work at Build a Dream as the Senior Manager of Career Services. In my role I manage our Programs & Career Services team, build programs that support the attraction, recruitment, retention, and advancement of under represented groups across various sectors, work alongside industry partners to expand and improve hiring practices, training opportunities, and employee retention, advocate for impactful change with all levels of government, and much more.

    Hi there,
    Great introduction Delaney,
    I’m Carrie O’Donnell. I am Red Seal Endorsed Plumber. (RSE for those who don’t know what means beside someone’s name 😉cuz I sure didn’t!)
    I work at the Stellantis Windsor Assembly Plant building minivans and Dodge Chargers.
    I started my apprenticeship at the age of 44 and have been on the tools 10 yrs. Yes! That makes me 54yrs old. I also currently hold a role at St Clair College in Windsor ON supporting students who are completing their level 1 apprenticeship training through the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program.
    We will see what comes next as I continue to explore opportunities for personal growth and development.
    I am open to mentoring connections.

    I am a married mother of 6 adult kids. All launched and doing their lives.
    My hubby and I have a Beagle and two cats, Frodo Waggins is your youngest beagle boy, and the girls are sweet Nala and spicy Mavis.
    I am an enthusiastic supporter of all things skilled trades, with a special interest in connecting with other tradeswomen with the hope of making our community stronger.
    I look forward to this community growing.
