A 12week paid pre-apprenticeship program for youth (16–29) including women, Indigenous, LGBTQ2S+, and BIPOC participants. Offering 4 weeks of in-class trades training and 8 weeks of paid job placement. The program includes career coaching, certifications, union and apprenticeship guidance, and flexible one-on-one support for participants unable to attend full cohorts.
