- Provides employment services, job-readiness training, and hands-on workshops in skilled trades and non-trade industries.
- CNC Industrial Mechanic Millwright Pre-Apprenticeship : Receive funding the through the Government of Ontario to offer a 42-week WIST CNC Industrial Mechanic Millwright Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Program.
- The Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship Program is offered in partnership with St. Clair College and Unifor Local 444. This program provides the participants with the necessary foundational and technical skills along with wrap-around supports needed to gain sustainable employment in the skilled trades sector.
- The Introduction to Construction and Craft Trades for Women (ICCTW) program is specifically designed to facilitate the entry of women without prior experience or knowledge to the Construction, Craft Worker and Cement (Concrete) Finisher Trades.
- Offers free tuition, tools, and materials, with access to paid job placements and career counseling.
- Helps newcomer women with language support, resume development, and transition into the workforce.
