Build a Dream started as a grassroots initiative, it was just one solution to the bigger issue of the underrepresentation of women in male-dominated sectors. The conversation went from we need more women, to how to do we create a safe and welcoming environment for them to succeed. I look at our partners, we exist because of them. And then I look at the women, we exist for them.
