Industry & Research Scan: Advancing Equity in Workplaces Across Canada
Build a Dream is proud to launch our Industry & Research Scan; an initiative designed to better understand the realities, challenges, and opportunities facing women and under recognized groups in today’s workforce. Supported by funding from Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE), this study brings together employers, educators, and community partners to help shape more inclusive, equitable, and forward-thinking workplaces.
Through a brief survey and collaborative input, we aim to uncover current strengths, identify gaps, and surface actionable solutions that organizations can adopt. The insights gathered will inform a comprehensive Workplace Best Practices Document to support employers in building environments where all talent can thrive.
